The class has been busy preparing our very own class newspapers. Each writing session is creating their own newspaper to be published December 15th. Last week students brainstormed story ideas and were assigned articles. We discussed how to get quotes, how to write in newspaper style (no first person, being objective), and how to take our grand ideas and put them into articles/copy. The process has been a great deal of fun so far. We are all very eager to see the paper once it's gone to press!
