Picasso Party

Monday is Pablo Picasso's 129th birthday. As part of our continuing study of Picasso, we are celebrating his birthday by spending the afternoon as artists. We will paint, draw, and sculpt while listening to music and enjoying some treats.

If you want to contribute treats, please make sure they are nut-free. There is no need to bring anything; I will provide a few snacks and juice.

We decided to dress as artists for the day. The "artist" outfit may be a bit zany, paint-splattered, or accented with a bit of sparkle. Dress is open to student interpretation as long as the outcome is not distracting for others or the student.

I look forward to celebrating with the students on Monday!
